    We take your enquiry by phone, email or the contact form, and — for a proper design session — book you an appointment so a consultant is free to give you their full attention.

    Visit the emporium

    What Aura does

    We walk you through full room sets staged in real light — stone basins, brushed-brass brassware, walk-in showers and vanities — so you can see and touch the finishes together rather than guessing from a catalogue.

    What helps from you

    Bring dimensions or photos of your room if you have them, and any inspiration you’ve saved. Come with a rough budget in mind, even a wide one.

    The design consultation

    What Aura does

    Brij or Karan sit with you, learn how the room needs to work and what you can spend, and plan a layout — pulling the right pieces from eighteen premium ranges. As reviewers say, the aim is to make the decision easier, not harder.

    Your quote & selections

    What Aura does

    Supply & delivery

    Prefer your own fitter or a trade contractor? No problem — we’ll supply directly to them instead.

    Once your bathroom is in, we’re still here: aftersales support, a spare-parts supply for the brands we carry, and maintenance — upkeep, repairs and servicing — for years to come.
