Q.Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?

Not to browse — you're welcome to drop in during opening hours (Mon–Fri 9am–5pm, Sat 10am–5pm). For a proper design consultation, though, we recommend booking an appointment so a consultant like Karan or Brij can give you their full, unhurried attention. Just call 01753 902 635 to arrange a time.

Q.Which brands do you stock?

Eighteen premium manufacturers, including Villeroy & Boch, Hansgrohe, Geberit, Bette, Roper Rhodes, Roman, Matki, Dansani, Keuco, Majestic, TECE, Ideal Standard, Porcelanosa, HIB, Vogue UK, Emporio Bagno, Catalano and Zehnder. If there's a specific range or piece you're after, ask — we can very often source it.

Q.Do you install, or only supply?

Both. Alongside the showroom you can arrange approved installation covering plumbing, electrics and tiling, so your bathroom is designed, supplied and fitted with one point of contact. If you'd rather use your own fitter or a trade contractor, we're happy to supply to them too.

Q.Is there really a price promise?

Yes — Aura holds a competitive-pricing guarantee on the ranges we stock. If you find the same specification for less elsewhere, tell us and we'll do our best to match it. (The full price-promise page is being finalised; in the meantime, just ask us directly.)

Q.What happens after my bathroom is fitted?

Support doesn't stop at the sale. Aura provides aftersales care, ongoing product support and a spare-parts supply for the brands we carry, plus bathroom maintenance — upkeep, repairs and servicing — so your bathroom keeps performing for years.

Q.Do you work with architects, designers and contractors?

Very much so. We run a dedicated supply-and-consultation service for architects and interior designers, and a trade service for contractors and M&E (mechanical and electrical) engineers. One reviewer summed it up: 'I highly recommend working with him, whether you are a client or a trader.'

Q.Can I order online?

We have an online catalogue covering showers, taps, toilets, basins, baths, radiators, tiles and bathroom accessories, so you can browse ranges from home. For considered purchases we'd always suggest seeing the pieces in the showroom first — but the catalogue is there for reference and reordering.

Q.How long does delivery take?

It depends on the range, but reviewers describe a genuinely quick turnaround: one client's supplied products 'promptly arrived within a week or two,' another called delivery 'efficient.' We'll give you a realistic timescale for your specific order when you place it.
