Bespoke Design Services
Every Aura bathroom starts as a design. In the showroom we sit down with you, listen to how you want the room to work, and plan the layout and specification around your space — and your budget. It is the part of the process reviewers single out most: an owner who 'sat with us and understood our needs and budget and was able to give us advice on what would be best'. You leave with a considered design, not a stack of brochures.
Approved Installer Services
Designing a bathroom is one thing; fitting it to the same standard is another. Our Approved Installer Services cover the plumbing, electrics and tiling needed to bring the design to life, carried out by installers we work with and stand behind. It keeps the whole project — design, supply and fit — under one joined-up relationship, so the finish you chose is the finish you get.
The Emporium — Our Showroom
Our Emporium at Gerrards Cross is the heart of everything we do — a physical showroom where full ranges from Villeroy & Boch, Hansgrohe, Geberit, Keuco, Porcelanosa, Catalano and more are laid out to see and touch. A bathroom is a considered purchase; standing in front of the real tapware, tiling and sanitaryware tells you far more than any catalogue. Consultations are by appointment so you have the space to compare properly.
Aftersales & Spare Parts
Our relationship doesn't end at handover. We provide ongoing aftersales support and a supply of spare parts for the products we sell, so a worn cartridge, a replacement seal or a discontinued fitting is something we help you solve rather than a dead end. Because we carry the brands directly, sourcing the right part is straightforward — one of the quiet advantages of buying from a genuine specialist.
Bathroom Maintenance Services
A luxury bathroom is an investment worth protecting. Our maintenance services cover the upkeep, repairs and servicing of bathrooms — resealing, replacing worn parts, adjusting brassware and shower systems, and putting right the wear that any well-used room picks up over time. It keeps the room you designed working exactly as it should, years after installation.
Architect & Design Service
We work closely with architects and interior designers, offering specialist supply and consultation for their projects. That means access to the full brand range, technical detail on specification, and a showroom their clients can visit to see and approve finishes in person.
