Aura Bathrooms was founded by Brij Mohan Lamba and incorporated in September 2023, opening its doors as a luxury bathroom showroom on Oxford Road at Tatling End, Gerrards Cross. The idea was simple: give people a proper place to see a bathroom before they buy it — full ranges from the finest brands, laid out to touch and compare, with someone who actually listens on hand to help.
That someone is usually Brij himself, or showroom consultant Karan. Read the Google reviews and their names keep appearing — Brij who “sat with us and understood our needs and budget”, Karan “very friendly and attentive” who “recommended a bathroom within our budget”. It is a small team, and it shows in the consistency: a straight 5.0 across all 23 reviews, with not a single lower score among them.
The showroom carries eighteen leading names — Villeroy & Boch, Hansgrohe, Geberit, Bette, Keuco, Porcelanosa, Catalano, Matki and more — and the service runs the full length of a project: bespoke design and consultation, supply, approved installation covering plumbing, electrics and tiling, and aftersales and maintenance long after handover. Brassware
Protect the finish
- Wipe brushed-brass and matte-black taps dry after use — limescale and cleaning sprays are the two things most likely to mark a premium finish.
- Use only a soft cloth and mild soapy water; avoid abrasive creams and anything acidic, which can etch living finishes over time.
- If a cartridge starts to drip or a handle loosens, ask us — spare parts for the brands we carry are straightforward for us to source.
Stone & tiles
Seal and reseal
- Natural stone basins and worktops benefit from periodic resealing — it keeps them repelling water and resisting stains.
- Reseal silicone around baths, basins and shower trays as soon as it discolours or lifts, before water can get behind the tiling.
- Clean porcelain and natural stone with pH-neutral products; strong bathroom cleaners can dull the surface you paid for.
Showers & glass
Keep it clear
- Squeegee glass screens and enclosures after showering — it's the single easiest way to stop limescale building on the glass.
- Have thermostatic valves and shower systems serviced periodically so temperature and flow stay exactly as specified.
- Descale shower heads and handsets gently to keep the spray pattern even — never force the nozzles.
